If you are pursuing an Added Authorization to be added to your credential, please verify with your credential analyst to ensure you have the appropriate base credential. 



Registration Requirements for Added Authorization Programs

Registration Process/Required Documents

  • A $100.00 Registration Fee is required. (Please refer to Financing section for payment options)
  • Copy/Verification of current credentials
  • Registration Form
  • At time of registration students will be given a list of books to be purchased.

Please submit completed registration form and credential copy along with $100 registration fee to:
