Under the "umbrella" of Regional Leadership Services, the Madera County Office of Education offers many different services. Those services are provided throughout Region VII of the California County Superintendents Educational Services Association (CCSESA). Region VII covers the counties of Fresno, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, and Tulare.
Specific programs provided by the Madera County Office of Education - Regional Leadership Services include:
Clear Administrative Service Credential Program - Tier Two: a CTC approved Clear Administrative Services Credentialing program.
Bridges to Leadership - Tier One: a CTC approved credentialing program for those interested in receiving their Administrative Services Credential.
Cognitive CoachingSM: Training in a coaching Model that employs a set of effective communication skills for the purpose of mediating another person's thinking.
School Assistance and Intervention Team (SAIT): Madera County Office of Education is a state-approved provider for SAIT. Specifically designed for schools deemed "state-monitored," SAIT can also be used for districts and schools that want to look at themselves, in depth, in order to improve student achievement.
School and District Improvement Support: provided for schools and districts in need of student achievement improvement.
